Key Terms at a Glance

By accessing, registering, or using the bdo33 platform in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. This Agreement forms the entire basis of the relationship between you and bdo33 in respect of your use of the Platform. If you are accessing bdo33 on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of bdo33 including registered account holders, visitors who browse the Platform without registering, and any other party who interacts with bdo33 content, games, markets or promotional material. Access to certain features of bdo33 (including depositing funds and placing bets) requires registration and successful completion of the KYC verification process. Unregistered visitors who browse the Platform are still subject to these Terms with respect to their browsing activity.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any funds held.

• You must choose a unique username and a strong password. Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your bdo33 account. bdo33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your bdo33 account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bdo33 customer support immediately via live chat. bdo33 will investigate and take appropriate action including temporary account suspension if warranted.
• Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If bdo33 discovers that a player holds more than one account, bdo33 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.
• bdo33 may, at its discretion, restrict access to certain features of the Platform for accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification. Full verification is required before withdrawals can be processed.

bdo33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks and to provide any documentation requested by bdo33 within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to cooperate with due diligence checks may result in your account being placed under review or suspended.

bdo33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdo33 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bdo33 may set maximum deposit limits at the platform or account level. Players may also set their own personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment account used to make the original deposit. bdo33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts not registered in the account holder's verified name.

All funds held in your bdo33 account are kept separately from bdo33 operational funds. bdo33 does not use player funds for operational purposes. Your deposited balance is recorded at the account level and is available for withdrawal subject to verification and these Terms.

bdo33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that specific promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your bdo33 account balance and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover requirement for bdo33 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player per promotion period. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus-related winnings being voided.
• bdo33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to your account, any portion that has not yet been wagered will be removed. Wagered portions that have been converted to real-money winnings through completed rollover will not be affected.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum win from free spins will be removed from your balance prior to withdrawal.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts or to other players. Bonuses have no cash value outside of the bdo33 platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

bdo33 may at any time request that a player verify their identity before a bonus is credited or before bonus-derived winnings are paid out. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bdo33 may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

All bets placed on bdo33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. bdo33 uses certified third-party game providers whose RNG outcomes are independently audited. The outcome of any game or bet is final once the game round or betting event has concluded, subject only to the dispute resolution provisions in these Terms.

• Bets may not be cancelled or altered once they have been confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game round, bdo33 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the relevant players' accounts.
• bdo33 reserves the right to void any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdo33 may withhold all associated winnings pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on bdo33. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Sports betting odds on bdo33 are updated in real time. bdo33 reserves the right to suspend a betting market, limit bets or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected match fixing, integrity concerns raised by a sport's governing body, or technical errors affecting the accuracy of published odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdo33. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may result in bdo33 reporting the relevant activity to appropriate authorities:

• Using the bdo33 platform to launder money, finance terrorist activity or conduct any other transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with bdo33 games, betting markets or the Platform's interfaces in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, glitch or error in the bdo33 platform to gain an unfair advantage or to derive winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event on bdo33, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting patterns in live casino.
• Registering an account on bdo33 while being under the age of 21, while being registered as self-excluded on the Platform, or while holding another active bdo33 account.

bdo33 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Accounts flagged by these systems will be subject to enhanced review. bdo33 may freeze account funds during an active investigation. If an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, the account will be closed, all funds forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

bdo33 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts as part of its commitment to platform integrity and player protection. KYC verification requires you to provide documents confirming your identity and, where applicable, your source of funds. The following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence) confirming your name, date of birth and photograph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdo33 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity, including losses resulting from technical errors, network interruptions or platform outages where the underlying game or bet outcome is determined by a certified RNG.
• Loss of access to the bdo33 platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond bdo33's reasonable control including but not limited to internet service disruptions, acts of government or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use bdo33, even if bdo33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdo33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, failure to comply with KYC requests, or misuse of bonuses and promotions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or any other criminal conduct in connection with your bdo33 account, regardless of whether such suspicion has been confirmed by a completed investigation.
• At the player's own request, in the case of a voluntary self-exclusion or account closure request submitted through customer support. bdo33 will process voluntary account closures promptly and will return any verified remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method.

bdo33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, bdo33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases bdo33 may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification, but the absence of such a notification does not affect the validity of the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the bdo33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the bdo33 platform immediately and contact customer support to request account closure if you hold a registered account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the bdo33 platform or your account shall first be submitted to bdo33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. bdo33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service. bdo33 does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of any specific court or arbitration body in advance; jurisdiction and venue for any unresolved dispute will be determined in accordance with applicable law at the time the dispute arises.
